Educator. Designer. Consultant.
Professional Goal Statement:
I have more than eight years of experience teaching in a public high school. That experience includes a broad understanding and application of instructional delivery techniques and data analysis. My diverse range of experiences as a new teacher mentor, professional learning community lead, and department chair led to a passion for adult learning, facilitation, instructional design, and organizational development. This passion led to my pursuit of an MA in Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences.
As a department chair, I managed approximately 15 teachers and functioned as a liaison and facilitator for my team, as we developed and implemented leadership initiatives and OD interventions. As a result of these experiences, I am even more committed to developing and delivering high quality instruction and using data to make informed organizational decisions.
